During the fork pressure or low-pressure alloy wheel material manufacturing process, the ingot is converted into aluminum water and then directed into the rim model using a transfer tube that is lifted and pressed.

Forging Process

This is used with the steel wheels car. The process involves forging machinery that is used to put pressure on the metal blanks causing plastic deformation.
